Gans Enterprise LLC was established in 2022 as a real estate company aimed to provide high quality vacation rentals in the Orlando area. During the start of COVID-19 our family frequently rented vacation rentals in the Orlando area to escape the cold weather in the Midwest. We decided in Jan of 2022 to buy our first vacation home in Orlando as a way to escape our busy lives. We loved our home so much we decided to share the experience with you!

We self-manage our properties with an assistance of a local property manager with emphasis on cleanliness, and customer focus. Doing so helped us achieve SuperHost status on AirBnb and receive 5-star reviews throughout our listings. We are very hands on owners and ensuring your stay at our home is our Top Priority!!

By far the best Airbnb we have stayed at. Not only because of all the included amenities but also because of the hosts. They would always make sure to respond back to any questions I had. We had to stay inside during Hurricane Ian and experienced strong winds and rain. Worried because the house took some damage, we let them know, and they told us that our safety was more important. Truly felt like a home away from home. 100% recommend. We were never bored either.
